    【摘 要】目的：研究精神分裂症中奥氮平血药浓度与疗效、不良反应的关系。方法：选取2019年9月至2020年10月98例精神分裂症患者为研究观察对象，所有患者给予奥氮平治疗，分析奥氮平血药浓度与疗效、不良反应之间的关系。结果：高浓度组、正常浓度组、低浓度组患者性别、年龄、治疗有效率、BMI比对无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AST、ALT、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平3组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)；TG、催乳素、HbA1c水平比对结果是高浓度组>正常浓度组>低浓度组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：奥氮平治疗中不同血药浓度会对患者TG、催乳素、HbA1c水平产生影响，改变患者出现不良反应的概率，因此应用药物进行治疗期间，可以通过进行血药浓度监测，确保患者安全。
