    【摘 要】目的：分析对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿给予阿奇霉素+布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入进行治疗的临床效果。方法：对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗，观察组合用阿奇霉素、布地奈德混悬液治疗。结果：观察组治疗总有效率97.37%高于对照组86.84%(P<0.05)；观察组喘憋、肺部啰音、咳嗽、发热等症状的消失时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于肺炎支原体肺炎患儿合用阿奇霉素及布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入可取得满意疗效，且有利于加快患儿的病情康复。
