    【摘 要】目的：探討不同护理方法在小儿手足口病护理期间的应用效果。方法：选取2018年6月至2021年2月手足口病患儿进行研究，共计200例，分为参照组100例、研究组100例，参照组应用常规护理，研究组实施综合护理模式，护理效果对比分析。结果：对于治疗有效率，研究组更高(P<0.05)。对于皮疹消退时间、治愈时间，研究组更少(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量评分优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：手足口病患儿实施综合护理模式，有效缩短治疗时间，促进治疗，改善患儿的生活质量，得到满意评价，护理效果显著。
