    【摘 要】目的：剖析小儿危病护理评分法针对小儿护理的干预具体指导。方法：以儿科护理引进小儿危病护理评分法的时间(2019年1月)为分组的根据，各自于2019年1月至6月，2019年7月至2020年1月这两个时间段，各提取47例危重症患者列入参照组，实验组。两组各自运用传统护理干预，小儿危病护理评分法干预。结果：实验组患者总治愈率95.74%，高过参照组的85.11%，差别有统计学的实际意义(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率，护理满意率均好于参照组，差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：小儿危病护理评分法用在小儿护理干预中，能为患者的护理以及医治提供较好的指导使用价值，有利于提高患者的疗效。
