    【摘 要】目的：对小儿急性哮喘疾病在急诊护理中采取舒适护理，分析其护理干预价值。方法：研究时间为2020年12月至2021年6月，合计收治小儿急性哮喘患儿100例为研究对象，根据护理方法的差异性，分为舒适组50例，行舒适护理干预；参照组50例，行基础护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理前两组患儿的肺功能指标比较无意义(P>0.05)；分组护理后舒适组的肺功能指标高于参照组(P<0.05)，有统计学价值；参照组的满意度占比低于舒适组，组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用舒适护理干预之后，能够提升患儿及其家属护理满意度，改善患儿症状，值得进一步推广与应用。
