    【摘 要】目的：针对在小儿静脉麻醉过程中选用瑞芬太尼-氯胺酮的临床意义展开研究。方法：此项研究为回顾性研究，研究时间段选在2020年7月至2021年7月，研究对象为需行麻醉手术的患儿，共计60例。针对患儿行麻醉时所用药物不同划至两组，即对照组(丙泊酚-氯胺酮麻醉)和研究组(瑞芬太尼-氯胺酮麻醉)，每小组所选病例数一致，均为30例。观察效果。结果：研究组麻醉效果及安全性较对照组更佳，且相关指标间对比结果差异较大(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿静脉麻醉过程中选用瑞芬太尼-氯胺酮的临床意义较大。
