    【摘 要】目的：针对子宫球囊填塞治疗产后出血患者中的护理方案进行探究。方法：本次研究中，选取2017年1月至2020年7月本院诊治的32例产后出血接受子宫球囊填塞治疗的患者。对照组患者采用常规护理干预的方案，研究组患者则需要进行综合护理干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果：研究中，在经过综合护理干预以后，研究组患者在术中出血量、术后24h出血量以及术后24h血红蛋白水平方面显著优于对照组患者，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在目前临床中，产妇分娩以后容易出现产后出血的并发症，通常会采用子宫球囊填塞的方案进行治疗，通过进行优质护理干预的方案，可以显著实现患者满意度的提升，改善治疗效果，临床中有着较高的推广价值。
