    【摘 要】目的：阴道镜联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效评定及分析。方法：在2019年9月至2021年9月中选取到院进行治疗的宫颈癌前病变患者共110例，对所有患者进行阴道镜检查和病理检查。结果：与对照组相比，观察组疗效偏高，TCT、HPV、阴道镜均阳性等指标均偏低，各项手术指标均偏低(P<0.05)。结论：对宫颈癌前病变患者使用阴道镜联合LEEP治疗能够改善治疗效果，且能够精准定位病变部位，提高临床医疗资源利用率。
