    【摘 要】目的：探讨乳腺癌术中冰冻病理诊断准确性的影响因素研究。方法：选取我院2020年6月至2021年6月收治的130例乳腺癌患者，回顾性分析患者的临床资料，对比患者的冰冻病理诊断与石蜡病理组织的诊断结果，得出结论。结果：乳腺癌疾病等级越高，术中冰冻病理诊断结果符合率越高，三级乳腺癌诊断符合率达到100%；肿瘤直径越大，术中冰冻病理诊断结果符合率越高；乳腺组织有弥漫性钙化点的样本诊断符合率更高。结论：冰冻病理诊断具有一定的诊断效果，且乳腺疾病等级越高，诊断准确性越高；在进行冰冻病理诊断过程中要对各方面的因素进行综合分析，有效提高病理诊断符合率，值得临床推广。
