    【摘 要】目的：探讨补肾化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)肾虚痰湿证临床疗效。方法：从本院选取2020年1月至2021年1月收治的66例多囊卵巢综合征肾虚痰湿证患者，随机抽签法分组。对照组：常规疗法，观察组：加补肾化痰法。就各指标情况、疗效展开观察。结果：观察组经治疗，FPG、FINS对应数据比对照组大；而TC、T、FSH、LH对应数据比对照组小(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率93.94%大于对照组的69.70%(P<0.05)。结论：为多囊卵巢综合征肾虚痰湿证患者选补肾化痰疗法，有助于优化脂质代谢、经期等现状，加快排卵进程，且最终的疗效佳，应将该方法大力宣扬，并持续推崇。
