    【摘 要】目的：分析针对妊娠期高血压患者采用护理干预对孕妇及围生儿结局的影响。方法：择取我院在2020年6月至2021年6月接诊的妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象，展开对比研究。结果：与对照组护理后比较，观察组护理后SBP、DBP均偏低，SAS和SDS评分低，产妇及围生儿不良事件发生率低(P<0.05)。结论：在对妊娠期高血压患者治疗期间，采用更加具有针对性的护理干预方式，不但能将患者血压控制在正常范围内，还能减轻对孕妇造成的不良伤害，对产妇及围生儿的妊娠结局起到积极改善作用。
