    【摘 要】目的：阐述综合护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇治疗效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取2020年1月至2021年5月我院收治的患者90例，根据不同的护理方法将其分为对照组和研究组，各45例，并分别实施传统护理与综合护理，以此分析不同护理方法的有效性。结果：研究组患者血糖水平与妊娠结局明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者具有较强的降糖效果，并且观察出此方法的应用使患者生活质量得到显著提升。
