    【摘 要】目的：探究母婴床旁护理对初产妇自我护理能力与护理满意度的影响。方法：挑选2020年7月至2021年8月院内产科分娩的初产妇66例作为研究对象，随机划分为参照组与研究组，每组各33例，参照组分娩后给予传统护理，研究组则给予母婴床旁护理。观察比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组产妇自我护理能力评分优于参照组，且护理满意度明显高于参照组，差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予初产妇母婴床旁护理能够充分提升产妇自我护理能力，提高护理满意程度，促使护患联系良性发展。
