    【摘 要】目的：研究孕产妇通过社区护理干预对其围产期保健质量的影响。方法：于2016年5月至2021年1月自社区孕产妇中随机抽取100例，其中50例仅接受常规产前检查与相应护理者作为对照组，50例在此基础上增加社区护理者作为观察组，分析比较两组孕产妇保健知识知晓度、产前检查次数、围产期保健质量。结果：与对照组比较，观察组孕产妇保健知识总知晓度偏高，产前检查次数偏多，住院分娩率与产后健康检查率偏高，產后出血率、滞产率与产褥感染率均偏低(P<0.05)。结论：孕产妇围产期伴随多种多样的风险因素可影响到母婴健康，社区护理干预下可促进围产期保健质量的提高，使母婴健康与安全得到更多保障。
