    【摘 要】目的：探究聯合温灸、生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不绝对子宫功能恢复的影响。方法：选择我院2020年4月—2021年8月期间收治产后恶露不绝患者60例进行研究分析，对患者进行随机分组，每组纳入30例。分别为对照组(生化汤加减治疗组)和实验组(温灸+生化汤加减治疗组)，对比两组临床疗效，对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后宫底高度、子宫三径，对比两组治疗后不良反应发生概率。结果：实验组临床治疗有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)，差异显著(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗前宫底高度、子宫三径组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)，治疗后两组患者宫底高度降低、子宫三径减小，且实验组患者宫底高度、子宫三径均显著小于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；实验组患者接受中医联合治疗后发生不良反应的概率(6.67%)与对照组(3.33%)进行比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在产后恶露不绝患者临床治疗中，对患者联合应用温灸治疗与生化汤加减治疗，可获得理想疗效，患者子宫功能得到良好恢复，值得应用。
