    【摘 要】目的：探究在进行椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床治疗过程中应用针灸结合推拿的临床疗效。方法：选取在2020年1月至2021年1月期间来我院治疗的86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，使用随机数字表进行分组每组43例。对照组在患者的治疗过程中采用红外线电热治疗，观察组在对患者的治疗过程中应用针灸结合推拿治疗，对比两组的治疗有效率。结果：观察组治疗有效率为95.35%，对照组为69.77%，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：在椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床治疗过程中，应用中医疗法结合推拿手法对患者进行治疗，对缓解患者疼痛以及促进患者的颈部功能恢复都有着重要作用，具有突出的临床应用价值。
