    【摘 要】目的：观察脑卒中后偏瘫患者实施针灸推拿+康复治疗的临床效果。方法：选取94例脑卒中后偏瘫患者， 随机分成两组后接受不同康复治疗， 比较两组康复效果。结果：观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、综合功能评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针灸推拿+康复治疗能够对脑卒中后偏瘫患者预后起到更好的改善作用， 可在临床上广泛应用。
