    【摘 要】目的：研究护理妊高征患者期间实施优质护理与健康教育联合干预的效果。方法：选取本院接收的妊娠高血压综合征患者76例(2020年5月至2021年5月)，采用随机方式均分患者，每组38例，对照组、观察组分别应用常规护理与优质护理及健康教育干预，对比分析两组干预前后血压水平、妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果：干预后，两组血压下降，观察组更低(P<0.05)。与对照组不良妊娠结局发生率(21.05%)相比，观察组(5.26%)更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(94.74%)高于对照组(76.32%)(P<0.05)。结论：在妊高征患者护理期间，应用优质护理及健康教育干预效果理想，可恢复血压水平，改善妊娠结局，提高护理满意度，推广可行性较高。
