    【摘 要】目的：为了提升患者用药安全性以及西药房管理质量，探讨西药房处方调剂存在不良事件情况以及整体管理效果。方法：15例西药房处方调剂存在不良事件纳入时间由2019年1月开始，到2021年6月结束，分析开展前后患者对用药情况满意度、不良事件发生率改善情况。结果：经管理后总不良事件发生率与管理前对比，显著偏低(P<0.05)。经管理后患者总满意度与管理前对比，显著偏高(P<0.05)，存在统计学意义。与管理前不良事件上报率对比，管理后不良事件上报率显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论：西药房处方调剂存在不良事件情况主要包括制度与因素和人员因素，因此针对以上发生原因进行分析，随后开展有效管理，可显著提升患者治疗满意度，降低或减少各项不良事件发生率，提升上报率和真实性，值得临床持续推广。

    Analysis on the effectiveness of management of adverse events of prescription dispensing in western pharmacies

    【Abstract】Objective： In order to improve the safety of patients’ medication and the management quality of western pharmacies， to explore the adverse events of western pharmacy prescriptions and the overall management effect. Methods： The inclusion of 15 cases of adverse events in western pharmacies prescriptions started from January 2019 to June 2021.
