    【摘 要】高质量的围术期护理干预措施在改善患者生活状态方面发挥着重要的作用，由于手术治疗方法是目前针对处于早中期食管癌患者的主要治疗方法，所以，应在整个围术期阶段给予患者优质的护理干预服务，使患者在生理和心理等多方面得到良好的干预。本文从食管癌和手术患者对护理的实际需求以及手术前后的综合护理干预措施等多方面进行阐述，目的是给有关食管癌手术患者的临床护理的研究进展提供一定的参考。
