    【摘 要】目的：分析手术患者医院感染的隐患与手术室护理管理的相关性。方法：手术室自2019年1月开始实施强化手术室护理管理措施，主要是通过分析手术室工作中的医院感染隐患，从而预防医院感染的发生。将2019年手术患者医院感染发生率和检测指标合格率与2018年进行比较。结果：2019年全年手术患者医院感染发生率明显低于2018年(P<0.05)；2019年检测指标合格率明显高于2018年(P<0.05)。结论：手术室护理管理能有效降低手术患者医院感染发生率和提高检测指标合格率。
