    【摘 要】目的：分析在坏死性筋膜炎患者快速康复过程中，实施中西医结合护理的临床效果及应用价值。方法：选择我院80例坏死性筋膜炎患者为此次研究对象，通过随机分组法分为两组(各40例)。组别设置：研究组、对照组，上述组别分别给予患者中西医结合护理、常规护理措施。對比上述措施的临床效果。患者入选时间均为2019年1月至2020年12月。结果：与研究组相比，对照组护理满意度较低(P<0.05)，统计学分析有意义；两组临床指标分析显示，研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)，统计学结果有意义；对照组复发率高于研究组，P<0.05，对比有意义。结论：中西医结合护理具有积极意义，该方案可行性较高，可以帮助坏死性筋膜炎患者加快快速康复进程，改善预后。
