    【摘 要】目的：研究病理技术质量控制中常见问题以及改进方法。方法：研究时间2019年5月至2020年5月，回顾分析这一时间段中院内病理技术质量控制管理工作情况，统计针对常见问题加强管理前后染色不当、档案不完善、切片缺损等的发生率，并进行对比。结果：加强管理后病理科染色不当、档案不完善、切片缺损等的发生率均低于加强管理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：病理技术质控工作中，针对常见问题不断地进行优化改进，有助于控制和减少问题的发生率，有助于促进病理科工作的规范性和标准化，为临床诊治工作提供更严谨的信息资料。
