    【摘 要】目的：研究2型糖尿病青年患者管理中代谢病管理中心模式(MMC)的应用效果以及对患者病耻感的影响。方法：纳入患者为2型糖尿病青年患者，病例數102例，搜集时间在2020年6月—2020年10月，电脑分组n=51。对照组常规治疗和护理干预，观察组实施MMC管理，比较两组应用效果。结果：2型糖尿病病耻感评估量表(DSAS-2)评分显示，对照组对比治疗前与治疗2个月后，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组对比无显著差异(P>0.05)；治疗2个月后两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：2型糖尿病青年患者管理中应用代谢病管理中心模式，可以控制患者病耻感，对患者进行有效心理疏导，可以有效降低患者的病耻感，以此提高患者康复的信心，可以推广应用。
