    【摘 要】目的：探讨经皮肾取石患者术中应用保温措施的效果。方法：将144例经皮肾取石术患者分为常规组(术中常规护理)、研究组(术中保温干预)，各72例。结果：研究组围手术期应激反应指标、麻醉恢复质量、并发症、满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：术中保温干预效果确切。
