    【摘 要】目的：研究探讨医用三氧自体血回输在治疗带状疱疹后神经痛中的应用效果。方法：将2019年3月至2021年12月在本科室接受治疗的带状疱疹后神经痛的患者100例作为本次研究的对象，所有患者随机分组，分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗；观察组患者在对照组基础上给予医用三氧自体血回输治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗后情况。结果：观察组患者的疼痛改善情况更佳，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的皮损愈合情况更佳(P<0.05)；观察组患者的神经痛发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论：医用三氧自体血回输在治疗带状疱疹后神经痛中的应用治疗效果十分显著，有效改善患者疼痛，降低治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的发生概率，非常具有临床价值，值得推荐。
