    【摘 要】目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法：选取2018年9月至2020年9月在我院接受治疗的95例疑似下肢静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，根据下肢深静脉造影结果，将65例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为观察组，将30例未发生下肢静脉血栓患者作为对照组，对不同诊断方式的诊断效果进行观察分析。结果：观察组大隐静脉(GSV)、股浅静脉(SFV)、股总静脉(CFV)、股深静脉(DFV)内径均大于对照组(P<0.05)；与X线诊断相比，彩色多普勒超声诊断敏感度、阴性预测值更高(P<0.05)，两种方式特异度及阳性预测值，结果无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：在下肢深静脉血栓患者诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声可有效提高诊断效果，有利于患者后续治疗。
