    【摘 要】目的：探讨医学影像学和麻醉无痛辅助技术在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法：随机抽取我院120例(2019年1月至2020年1月期间)行人工流产患者开展研究，按照电脑随机法分为A组(40例)采用常规人工流产术，B组(40例)采用无痛人流技术，C组(40例)采用超声引导下无痛人流技术。然后对比各组患者的手术指标和术后并发症发生率。结果：C组患者的术后并发症发生率低于A组与B组，且B组低于A组，C组患者的手术指标优于A组与B组，且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论：对需行人工流产术患者，应用超声引导联合无痛人工流产技术，可有效改善患者的手术指标，减少术后并发症的发生，效果显著，值得广泛推广和应用。
