    【摘 要】目的：分析心理护理干预在创伤骨折急诊患者护理中对负面情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法：选择2020年1月至12月收治的90例创伤骨折急诊患者作为研究对象，患者依照护理措施差异分为对照组和观察组两组，各以45例患者形成对比。对照组患者实施常规护理措施，观察组患者基于对照组强化心理护理干预。实施护理干预后的护理满意度评分以及负面情绪评分将作为护理效果的对比标准。结果：组间患者的满意度对比：观察组高于对照组；组间患者负面情绪评分对比：观察组患者护理后的评分低于对照组。差异可计入统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论：针对创伤骨折急诊患者强化心理护理干预，对提升患者护理依从性方面具有显著效果，降低患者的负面情绪影响，提高患者满意度，值得广泛推广。
