    【摘 要】目的：探讨疼痛护理在强直性脊柱炎患者中的临床应用可行性。方法：随机选取2019年9月至2020年9月我院78例强直性脊柱炎患者，以计算机表法对患者分组，研究组和对照组各39例，对照组实施常规护理，研究组行疼痛护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度，疼痛评分以及睡眠质量情况。结果：护理后，研究组疼痛评分低于对照组，研究组睡眠质量评分(1.20±0.11)分、睡眠时间评分(1.22±0.21)分、睡眠障碍评分(1.20±0.12)分、日间功能评分(1.22±0.16)分、总分评分(4.54±0.20)分，均低于对照组，研究组非常满意度(51.28%)高于对照组(28.21%)，护理总满意度(92.31%)高于对照组(74.36%)(P<0.05)。结论：疼痛护理应用在强直性脊柱炎患者中的效果显著，可改善患者疼痛程度和睡眠质量，临床价值显著。
