    【摘 要】目的：总结分析护理干预对肝气乘脾型泄泻患者的护理效果。方法：选择我院2019年2月至2021年4月收治的68例肝气乘脾型泄泻患者作为分析对象。对照组纳入34例选择常规护理，观察组纳入34例选择全面护理干预。观察比较两组患者临床症状改善时间以及护理满意度等指标。结果：观察组腹痛消失时间(1.2±0.5)d、大便恢复正常时间(3.1±0.2)d均明显早于对照组，护理满意度评分(90.5±2.5)分明显高于对照组，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：护理干预对肝气乘脾型泄泻患者的效果显著，有助于促进临床症状改善，值得推广使用。
