    【摘 要】目的：分析在产妇产后康复期间，运用延伸护理的效果。方法：80例产妇样本纳入时间2019年7月至2020年7月，随机分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(延伸护理)，各40例，评估两组产后不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果：与对照组比较，观察组产后不良事件发生率低，护理满意度高(P<0.05)。结论：在对产妇产后康复护理期间，运用延伸护理可有效地降低不良事件发生率，确保母婴安全性，提高产妇产后康复速度，改善生活质量水平。
