    【摘 要】目的：探讨医院感染护理管理实施PDCA循环法后的护理管理效果。方法：抽取我院在2020年1月至2021年1月院内收治的患者100例为研究对象，根据入院顺序分为两组，两组时间段所进行护理的患者数相同，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施PDCA护理管理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组患者的院内感染发生率低于对照组，标准预防依从性高于对照组，同时护理质量也高于对照组，组间的数据存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：对于在医院感染护理管理中实施PDCA循环法管理后能够明显地降低院内感染的发生，提高护理人员实施标准预防的准确率，促进护理质量提高，值得临床护理工作推广。
