    【摘 要】目的：分析观察胃溃疡患者使用雷贝拉唑结合硫糖铝促进溃疡愈合的治疗效果。方法：以在本院收治的幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象，共70例，选取时间段为2018年7月至2020年7月。根据奇偶分配原则分组，分为对照组(n=35，雷贝拉唑四联疗法)和实验组(n=35，雷贝拉唑四联疗法+硫糖铝疗法)，分析观察两组治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗有效率94.29%显著高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05)；经治疗后，患者临床症状评分均有不同程度改善，且实验组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将雷贝拉唑结合硫糖铝治疗方案应用于胃溃疡治疗中，有助于改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得推广。
