    【摘 要】目的：分析对于肺气肿患者合用布地奈德及异丙托溴铵的治疗价值。方法：对照组给予布地奈德治疗，观察组则合用布地奈德、异丙托溴铵治疗。结果：观察组治疗总有效率97.22%，对照组88.89%(P<0.05)；治疗前两组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF对比(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论：对于肺气肿患者给予布地奈德及异丙托溴铵联合施治可获得确切疗效，并可有效改善其肺功能。
