    【摘 要】目的：研究分析在经过德谷胰岛素治疗后空腹血糖达标的糖尿病患者特点，为临床治疗提供借鉴信息。方法：回顾性分析我院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的80例血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者，在采用德谷胰岛素进行治疗后，空腹血糖达标，分析患者的临床特点。结果：按照起始胰岛素治疗情况将患者分为不同小组，而各组在年龄、BMI、空腹血糖等情况均呈现不同特征，并且在患者空腹血糖达标后胰岛素剂量明显减少。结论：在对血糖指标起伏较大且未达标患者采用德谷胰岛素进行治疗后，可对患者的血糖指标进行控制，减少胰岛素使用量，还能降低低血糖发生率。
