边东升【摘 要】儿童用药不是成人的“缩小版”，儿童用药比成人用药存在着更多的不安全因素。并且儿童用药的有效性、合理性、安全性直接关系到社会公共卫生体系的有效发挥。本文首先概述了儿童用药安全的总体状况，分析了儿童用药安全問题存在的因素，提出了儿童合理用药的建议对策措施：为儿童用药提供宏观政策保障、加强对药品生产与经营企业的管理、提高儿童家长的用药知识认知等。
