    【摘 要】目的：对比了解儿童保健对于儿童生长发育的干预效果、应用价值以及具体措施。方法：选取在我院参与儿童保健的儿童102例作为观察对象进行分析，使用数字表法将纳入观察的儿童随机均等地分为两组，对照组和观察组各51例，对照组儿童接受常规保健措施干预，观察组儿童接受个体化针对性儿童保健干预，对比观察两组儿童参与儿童保健后的各项健康指标情况。结果：接受个体化针对性儿童保健干预的儿童(观察组)保健后各项健康指标均优于接受常规保健措施干预的儿童(对照组)，在身高、体质量情况中，平均数据均为观察组儿童更佳，在儿童沟通能力、活动能力以及社交能力评分中同样观察组儿童中位评分更优(P<0.05)。结论：对儿童施以个体针对性的儿童保健能够在其生长发育中体现积极效果，同時对儿童家属进行一定程度的观念干预能够放大保健效果。
