    【摘 要】目的：探讨在妇科腹腔镜围术期患者的护理工作中运用快速康复外科理念的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院进行治疗的妇科腹腔镜手术患者600例，将其随机分为研究组(n=300)和对照组(n=300)。对照组采取常规护理模式干预，研究组在常规护理的基础上实施快速康复外科理念护理模式干预。结果：研究组患者在术后的各项康复指标均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者在术后6h、24h、48h、72h的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对腹腔镜妇科手术患者在围术期应用快速康复外科护理理念能够改善患者术后相关指标水平，缓解术后疼痛，从而促进患者早日恢复健康，值得临床应用推广。
