    【摘 要】目的：探讨品管圈在缩短儿童血液肿瘤患儿延续护理中等候时间的应用价值。方法：汇总2019年1月到2020年12月在我院接受血液肿瘤疾病治疗的80例患儿信息，分为两组，对照组40例采用常规护理模式，观察组40例采用品管圈管理模式。对比患儿延续护理等候时间；采用SF-36量表对两组患儿干预前后生活质量进行评分。结果：护理干预后观察组患儿延续护理等候时间下降幅度大于对照组患儿(P<0.05)；干预后两组患儿躯体功能、心理功能、生活功能评分均升高，并且相较于对照组而言，观察组的升高幅度更大(P<0.05)；结论：在儿童血液肿瘤患儿延续护理中通过实施品管圈管理模式，能够缩短患儿延续护理等候时间，提高患儿生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of quality control circle in shortening the waiting time in the continuous nursing of children with blood tumors. Methods： The information of 80 children who received treatment for blood tumor diseases in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 was summarized and divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with collection pipe ring management mode.
