    【摘 要】目的：通过分析产科护理文书书写缺陷，探究针对性改进对策，以提升其书写质量。方法：回顾性分析我院病案室2018年1月至2020年12月出院歸档的720份产科病历，总结并分析其中存在的问题。结果：产科护理文书中普遍存在漏记、格式繁琐、主观描述较多、病情变化记录不及时或记录不完整等问题。结论：医院可通过加强护士法制教育培训、强化护理文书书写规范、加强护理文书质量监控、简化护理文件书写格式来促进产科护理文书书写质量的高效提升，从而有效规避医疗纠纷事件，并为医院的长远发展奠定坚实基础。
