    【摘 要】目的：探讨全程营养护理管理对鼻咽癌放疗患者的干预效果及生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2020年1月至12月接受放疗的70例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象，将受试者经随机数字表分为两组，各35例，对照组患者接受常规护理管理，研究组患者在对照组的基础上开展全程营养护理管理，对比两组患者机体营养状况、生活质量改善情况以及患者健康知识掌握度。结果：干预后研究组患者的各营养指标及体重指数均显著优于对照组，两组之间相比(P<0.05)；研究组患者各项健康知识掌握度均显著高于对照组，两组之间相比(P<0.05)；干预后研究组患者功能量表评分高于对照组，症状量表评分低于对照组，两组之间相比(P<0.05)。结论：全程营养护理管理有助于维持机体正常营养状况，提高患者对健康知识的掌握度及生活质量，在鼻咽癌放疗患者护理中具有较高的应用价值。
