    【摘 要】目的：对脑外伤患者实施康复护理，分析对改善患者运动功能的作用及临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的90例脑外伤患者，并分为对照、观察两组(n=45)，分别给予常规护理、康复护理，比较两组患者神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果：护理前两组患者神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力评分比较均差异不大(P>0.05)，护理后两组各项评分均较前改变，神经功能评分观察组更低，运动功能及日常生活能力评分均观察组更高(P<0.05)。生活质量各项评分均观察组更高(P<0.05)。护理总满意度观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论：将康复护理用于脑外伤患者护理中效果较优，有助于改善患者神经运动功能及日常生活能力，提升其生活质量，且患者满意度较高。
