    【摘 要】目的：探究在颅脑外伤患者中采取阶段式康复护理模式的术后康复效果。方法：收集我院收治的颅脑外伤患者病例70例开展研究，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组(35例/组)，前者接受阶段式康复护理模式护理，后者接受常规护理模式护理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：护实验组患者平均住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度评分、Barthel指数明显高于对照组，差异有统计学价值(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率(5.71%)明显低于对照组(22.86%)，差异有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论：在颅脑外伤患者中采取阶段式康复护理模式能够很好的改善患者肢体功能和神经功能，患者术后康复效果更好，值得临床推广应用。
