    【摘 要】目的：分析个性化护理在鼻塞式持续气道正压通气治疗重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法：选择我院2020年9月到2021年9月收治的接受鼻塞式持续气道正压通气治疗的160例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象，经电脑随机法分为两组(80例/组)，对照组患儿接受常规护理，研究组患儿在对照组的基础上开展个性化护理，对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间及护理满意度。结果：研究组患儿治疗总有效率(96.25%)较对照组(82.50%)更高(P<0.05)；研究组患儿临床症状改善时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05)；与对照组患儿护理满意度(80.00%)相比，研究组(96.25%)更高(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理可有效缓解患儿临床症状，提高治疗效果及护理满意度，在鼻塞式持续气道正压通气治疗重症肺炎患儿护理中具有较高的应用价值。
