    【摘 要】目的：分析颅脑外伤患者护理中应用细节护理，与常规护理比较效果。方法：我院有80例患者参与，均患颅脑外伤，随机分组，对照组常40例常规护理，观察组40例细节护理，分析效果。结果：经护理，观察组护理评价与满意度均较高，并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论：颅脑外伤患者在护理中采用细节护理，可提高护理评价、满意度，安全性高。
