CBL联合PBL教学模式在心血管内科临床教学中的应用

    【摘 要】目的:探讨CBL联合PBL教学模式在心血管内科临床教学中应用效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月至12月心血管内科专业的80名实习生为研究对象,将实习生根据实习顺序进行平均分组,对照组实习生接受LBL教学模式,研究组实习生接受CBL联合PBL教学模式,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果:研究组实习生总考核成绩显著高于对照组,两组之间相比(P<0.05);研究组实习生在提高独立思考能力、提高学习积极性、提高文献阅读及评价能力、提高团队协作能力、提高创新思维能力、提高发现及解决问题的能力、提高临床实践能力、喜欢该种教学模式方面的认可度均显著高于对照组,两组之间相比(P<0.05);研究组实习生教学满意度较对照组更高(95.00% vs 77.50%),两组之间相比(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合PBL教学模式可有效提高实习生考核成绩、教学效果及满意度,值得在心血管内科临床教学中应用推广。
