    【摘 要】目的：分析常规治疗与呼吸康复训练联合应用于慢阻肺患者，对其生活质量、肺功能指标的影响。方法：选择我院80例慢阻肺患者(收治时间2017年1月至2019年12月)，根据随机数字表法，分为观察组及对照组，每组40例。对照组常规治疗+腹式呼吸训练，观察组在上述基础上增加呼吸操康复训练，对比两组患者干预前后的肺通气功能、生活质量评分。结果：治疗后，观察组的肺通气功能指标水平明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分(5.28±1.23、5.21±1.25、5.67±1.41、5.98±1.36分)明显较对照组(4.41±0.98、4.62±1.09、4.86±0.98、4.88±1.20分)高(P<0.05)。结论：常规治疗联合呼吸康复训练可提高慢阻肺患者生活质量及肺功能，值得临床推广应用。
