    【摘 要】目的：探讨精准管理模式对消毒供应中心外来器械的消毒效果的影响。方法：选取我院2019年10月至2021年10月消毒供应中心1000件外来器械为研究对象，根据其顺序分为对照组和研究组，各500件，对照组与研究组分别实施常规管理模式与精准管理模式，手术室人员共12名，研究期间所有工作人员均无变动。对比两组外来器械处理合格率及手术室医护人员对于两种干预方法的满意度。结果：研究组器械清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌合格率均显著高于对照组，组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)；手术室医护人员对于研究组的满意度较对照组更高(100.00%vs75.00%)，组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：精准管理模式可有效提高外来器械的消毒效果及手术室医护人员满意度，在消毒供应中心外来器械处理中具有较高的应用价值。
