    【摘 要】目的：分析在消毒供应室日常护理管理工作过程中应用细节管理模式后所取得的临床价值。方法：将采用细节管理模式前后的工作情况进行对比(2018年10月至2020年10月)，其中，干预前为对照组，干预后为研究组，对比两组的消毒供应室管理工作质量、消毒合格率以及各个科室对消毒供应室工作的满意程度。结果：干预后的工作质量评分明显高于干预前；干预后的消毒合格率明显高于干预前；干预后的工作满意度明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论：在消毒供应室护理管理过程中，通过细节管理工作的开展与落实，有利于实现消毒供应室护理管理综合质量的全面提升与优化，对于医疗服务工作综合水平的提升具有良好的促进意义。
